Oak Meadow Delight B&B is located on the Northern edge of Ottumwa with easy to/from access US Hwy 63.  From the East you will exit at Dahlonega Road, cross back over the highway and then go North on Angle Rd which will bring you to Rochester Rd. and then to Oak Meadow Dr. From the 4-lane Highway at North/West, use exit 40 (Bus. Hwy 63 and Hwy 149). At the intersection of Bus. Hwy 63 and Rochester go East 1 block to Oak Meadow Dr. From the South or US Hwy 34 West take Bus. Hwy 63 North to Rochester St. and go East 1 block to Oak Meadow Dr. Note:  The 4-lane by-pass to Ottumwa's East and North is just a few years old.  Many online maps, GPS', and other such items do not accurately reflect the road system.
